   How does your service work?

    We have all state applications and requirements in our office.  Our service handles the entire licensure process, from completing and filing your state application to obtaining all supporting documents and verifications the board requires to issue your license.  We follow up with each source as well as your board processor to make sure everything arrives at the board in a timely manner.  Our service does not end until your license is issued.  For this we charge a flat rate of $630 per state, $580 for three or more states.  We do not charge you for long distance calls, faxes, etc.  The only charges outside of this fee you would be responsible for are the fees you would otherwise pay if doing it yourself, such as the application fee and any verification fees.  We have former state board processors on staff with over seven years of experience in medical licensing to help you avoid the time-consuming difficulties that can arise during the licensure process and delay your license.

Because a physician's time is so valuable and in short supply, our service has been created to take this responsibility off your shoulders.  You are free to practice medicine, while knowing that your license is being handled by professionals.  And once you are an established client with us, if you should ever want or need another state license, all you have to do is let us know.  We will keep your credentials on file and can complete any state license process for you from this information.  There is no more paper work to complete.

    How long does it take to obtain a state medical license?

    That depends on the state that you are interested in and your credentials.  Some state boards license as soon as your file is complete, while other state boards meet and approve physicians for license only monthly or bi-monthly.  Obviously, these states would take longer.  Other things can effect the time required to obtain your license, such as the number of practice or staff privilege locations in your history, or the number of state licenses you hold.  Most boards require written verification of all of these, and the speed in which all of these reach the state board can have an impact on the time required to obtain your license.  We will do everything within our power to make sure your supporting documents arrive at the state board and you are licensed as quickly as possible

   What can US Medical Licensing do that I can't do myself?

   This is what we do everyday, all day.  By contracting with us, you are putting seven years of experience to work for you.  By looking at your completed Profile Sheet, we know immediately what has to be verified for each state board.  We have all addresses and fees on file for each source.  And we work with these sources and state boards on a daily basis to get physicians licensed as quickly as possible.  Let us put our vast resources to work for you, and help you avoid the time consuming difficulties that can arise during this process. Nothing is more vital to your career than your state license to practice medicine.  Treat it that way.

    Does your fee cover everything?

    Our fee covers all of our service, from completion of your application, to follow up with the board processors until your license is issued.  The only fees that you would be responsible for outside of this are the fees you would otherwise pay if completing this process yourself, such as the state application fee and any fees charged by facilities to verify your credentials to the state boards.  You will receive an estimated invoice for these fees after we complete your state application and know exactly what has to be verified to the state board you are applying to.
